While attending St. Gregory’s University, I was given an assignment in Web Design course to produce a Flash presentation for the Etruscan Treasures exhibit on display at the Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art. The intent of this exercise was to demonstrate the process of web design and Flash development. The result was a vector designed logo that can be utilized in a variety of applications.
The concept for the project was to include patterns and imagery that is representative of Etruscan culture. The graphics were produced using the vector design software, Adobe Illustrator and raster design software, Adobe Photoshop. Images of artifacts were scanned from provided documents and audio was collected from academic resources. All of these resources were combined using Adobe Flash to produce the final presentation.
